Shaanee Deen Olegard, Managing Director

Shaanee gained her Bachelor in Human Resource Development at Hawaii Pacific University while prior having reach her Hotel Management Degree at “Les Roche Hotel Management School Switzerland. In her career in hospitality she attained the level of General Manager at a resort in Maldives, Bandos Island Resorts, while prior having attained the accomplishment of becoming the first female Food & Beverage Director in a Maldivian Resort. She was also the Food & Beverage Director for a new Resort Development: Cocoa Island, in Maldives. Shaanee, today oversees the day to today operation in Maldives.

Erik Olegard, Executive Director

Erik gained his Bachelor in Accounting and Finance at Hawaii Pacific University. Erik has involved himself in various industries from, founding and operating an accounting firm in Sweden, Hotel Assistant Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hawaii, Finance Director for a Resort Development: Cocoa Island in Maldives, Account Manager in a Venture Capital firm Sweden, co-Owner/operator of a USA Based Online Marketing agency, Operational Director of Call Center developments and operation in Sri Lanka and Philippines. Erik, today oversees the day to day operation in Sri Lanka.
