Ganador Rosado
Deep pink colour. Light bodied, fresh and fruity rosé wine with notes of strawberries, raspberries and cranberries. Combines well with fish, meat, salads, Asian curries as well as buffets.
Ganador Tinto
Clear red colour, Medium bodied, fresh and fruity red wine with notes of red berries and herbs. Long and generous taste. Easily enjoyed with grilled meats, chicken and buffets.

Blanc de Pacs - Organic Viticulture
Yellow lemon color with light green tints. On the nose intense aroma of pear and apple. In the mouth it is fresh and with a good acidity. Resulting in a soft wine, leaving an intense sensation of fruits and freshness on the finish.
Calcari - Organic Viticulture
Pale yellow color with green tints. Clear and transparent. Medium intensity on the nose with notes of pear and banana. In the mouth it is fresh with a good acidity and balance.
Mas Petit - Organic Viticulture
Medium intensive cheery red colour. Aromas of red fruit with light toast and vanilla notes. Medium bodied, smooth with soft tannins. Flavour is dominated by cherries and vanilla with a pleasant finish.
Hisenda Miret - Organic Viticulture
Red brilliant color Intensive aroma on the nose with complex floral fragrances, oily notes and forest fruits. Soft, with a good structure in the mouth. Subtle notes of toasts and spices.
The origin of Parés Baltà goes all the way back to the 18th century. In 1790 the first vines were planted on the estate that now surrounds the winery. Today however, more than 200 years later, almost everything is different. Parés Baltà produce wines and Cava of high quality and the grapes come from their own vineyards - five estates, situated around the winery and in the mountains of Penedés. The altitude varies from 170 to 750 meters and offers a diverse mixture of soils and microclimates that gives a special personality to the wines. Parés Baltà has been cultivating their vineyards in an ecological waysince 1790, and since the 2004 harvest the vineyards have been certified as ecological/organic. They have their own flock of sheep to fertilize the soils and beehives to encourage pollination.
