Laurent-Perrier Champagne
Founded in 1812, Laurent-Perrier has been avant-garde in creating unique and elegant champagnes for nearly two hundred years. The house was acquired by the Nonancourt family in 1939 and for over 65 years Bernard de Nonancourt has dedicated his life to innovating and perfecting Laurent-Perrier Champagne. As a result, Laurent-Perrier is one of the world‟s most esteemed champagne brands, and also the largest family-owned brand.
Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle Brut
To produce Laurent-Perrier‟s luxury cuvée, Bernard de Nonancourt decided to concentrate on two of the mainstays of Champagne‟s know-how: the blending of different crus (wines from separate villages) and from different harvest years. The epitome of Champagne blending, Grand Siècle calls on wines from the finest growths and the very best harvests; years which have been declared as vintages by Laurent-Perrier. Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut
This Champagne is famous for its highly expressive bouquet, which stems from the very careful preservation of the grape's natural fresh red fruit aromas. It is one of the rare rosé champagnes to be made using the maceration (skin contact) technique, which gives it the extraordinary depth and freshness that has made it the benchmark for rosé champagne around the world. Revered by wine-lovers for its flavours and by aesthetes for the beauty of its 17th century-style bottle, the Cuvée Rosé Brut is one of the stars in the Laurent-Perrier range.
Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle Alexandra Rosé Brut Millésimé 1998
Bernard de Nonancourt took the opportunity of his elder daughter Alexandra‟s marriage in 1987 to create this vintage rosé Champagne. It expresses the very highest standards epitomised by the House of Laurent-Perrier, which also produces the benchmark non-vintage rosé Champagne. It was therefore a natural progression to produce a luxury cuvee rosé, an exclusive and rare wine that occupies a unique niche in its range.
Castellane Brut
Is the newest addition to our Champagne portfolio! The red cross of Saint-André is symbolic of over a century of history and family tradition. The house was established in 1895 by Vicompte Florens de Castellane. It is today owned by Champagne Laurent Perrier and although fully integrated in its commercial strategy, De Castellane retains its traditional image and exists as a separate brand. Based in the centre of Epernay, the impressive 'Belle Epoque' listed headquarters of Champagne de Castellane were built around 1890, and designed by architect Auguste Toudoire; famous for grand railway stations such as the Gare de Lyon in Paris. The buildings are topped by a striking 66m high tower; a landmark in Epernay and an emblem for the region, and there are 6km of cellars underground! The Laurent Perrier Group has long term contracts with vine growers to guarantee consistency and quality, the style is extremely accessible for all bubble lovers...you will not be disappointed!
Maison Delamotte
Maison Delamotte has been a benchmark in Champagne since 1760. The firm's wine is among those preferred by the Champenoise who recognize consistent quality and unflagging respect for the terroir and the Côte des Blancs. It is in the choice of Champagne Delamotte that the hedonist, the lover of subtle pleasures, stands out from the crowd.
Fashionable but never stereotyped, their choice is produced with great care and passion in a place where nature is expressed most openly. This is luxury perhaps in the truest sense of the word.
Salon
One grape variety, one cru, one year – Salon was created by Aimé Salon in 1905, a passionate gentleman obsessed with perfection. His idea of Champagne was to fashion a masterpiece of balance and elegance, an explosive champagne full of seductive aromas, full of character, yet subtle: Thus was born Salon Le Mesnil. Only a few thousand bottles are made in carefully selected vintages and released some ten years later. The 1997 vintage is part of this legacy.

Parés Baltà Cava Brut, Penedès, Spain - Organic Viticulture
Parés Baltà produce wines and Cava of high quality and the grapes come from their own vineyards - five estates, situated around the winery and in the mountains of Penedés. The altitude varies from 170 to 750 meters and offers a diverse mixture of soils and microclimates that gives a special personality to the wines. Parés Baltà has been cultivating their vineyards in an ecological way since 1790, and since the 2004 harvest the vineyards have been certified as ecological/organic. They have their own flock of sheep to fertilize the soils and beehives to encourage pollination.

Stolichnaya - Elit
Grappa di Castellare, Toscana, Italy -Limited allocation
The secret of great grappas comes from the quality of marcs and the quickness of distillation procedures. In this case grapes preserve each aroma and all the softness of great grapes. Castellare's Grappa is made with the marcs of Sangioveto, which are immediately sacked and vinified in 36 hours. The result is a distillate of fantastic pureness and quality.
Moskovskaya Vodka
Stolichnaya Vodka Latvia
Fermentation of Stolichnaya starts with wheat and rye grains and artesial water from the Russian city of Samara and the Kalinigrad region. The fermentation takes about 60 hours. Once fermentation is complete the resulting liquid is distilled four times to a strength of 96.4% ABV. This spirit is then diluted to bottling strength with more artesial well water. It is then filtered through quartz, sand, activated charcoal and finally through woven cloth.
